Oil industry by-products

After fat removing from oilseeds rest feed offals, which are distributed to two groups: cake (rest from pressing) and extracted meal (after pressing extracting is extracting by organic dissolvents). Extracted meals contain up to 3 %(usually 1 %) of fat and have more crude protein than cakes.

Some oilseeds and their products contain dietetic adverse substances alcaloids, glycosides, volatile oil etc., which deteriorate their taste and ifluence animal's health state and utility.

Offals of oil industry are often contaminated by mould. Most often it is Aspergillus flavus, who produces yellow aflatoxines. There is no possibility to destroy these poisons by treatment and If they are fed, they are saved in animal origin products. They are cancerogenic substances.

All oil industry by-products are proteinic feedsuffs.
