• Methods:

Input sessions, individual exercises, group exercises, discussions, case studies, work on numerous templates. The course demonstrates all steps of project management from the project idea to project review considerations and lessons learned. It aims at encouraging the participants to discuss, network and exchange their knowledge and ideas, in order to find creative solutions to management problems. Focus is put on theoretical input followed by Excel exercises to the presented chapters. To make the Excel applications as easy as possible with only very few techniques necessary to get best results, is the course’s emphasis.
