Rapeseed
Rapeseed contain cca 20 % of crude protein and 40 % of fat. Content of glucosinolates was reduced by breeding from initial 100 - 150 μmol/g to 10 - 25 μmol/g (with lower content of erutic acid and glucosinolates). Glukosinolates and their products of fissure get worse feed daintiness. They can pass to milk and eggs ant by this decay their aroma and taste. Some fissure products of glucosinolates are strumigenous - they have harmful effect on tyroid gland function and harm liver. Glucosinolates can induce fertility disfunction.
