Triticale

Triticale is interspecific hybrid of wheat and ray and usually is used for older categories of animals feed mixture manufacturing. There is 11-13 % of crude protein. Triticale can be economic substitute for wheat for broilers, If it's price don't exceed 95 % of wheat price. Triticale contain trypsin inhibitor too, but less than in rye.
